For Livingstone Island & Green Safaris
This portal has been live for some time and has significantly improved the booking experience for both visitors and agents.
Using the Res Request API, we integrated real-time availability checks into the system, ensuring users can effortlessly find and book available tours. The portal also leverages the Green Safaris payment gateway, providing a secure and efficient transaction process.
This project has not only streamlined the booking process but also enhanced the overall user experience. The feedback from our clients and their guests has been overwhelmingly positive, and we are thrilled to see the impact it has made.
We look forward to continuing to innovate and deliver exceptional solutions for our clients.

Digital Indemnity Forms:
Save Money, Boost Efficiency and Strengthen your CRM
At WildWeb we have been delivering many solutions that suit our wide range of clients. Have a look at some of the solutions we have been developing to help our clients showcase their amazing properties and solutions.
One of our recent projects involved transforming the traditional paper-based safari lodge indemnity forms into a seamless electronic format. This upgrade not only allows guests to sign the forms digitally, but also enables us to integrate their details directly into our clients’ CRM systems, such as HubSpot, Campaign Monitor and others.
By digitising these forms, we can efficiently capture guest information in a secure environment. This process also opens up opportunities to engage with guests by encouraging them to subscribe to our newsletters and future offers.
Understanding that our clients use a variety of CRM solutions, we at WildWeb customise these electronic forms to fit the specific software packages they are currently using. Whether it be a stand-alone indemnity needed using Jotform, or integrating data into existing CRM workflows, we always come up with smooth and efficient solutions for our clients.

Help Clients Discover Your Area
Wild Horizons at the Victoria Falls offers both accommodation and a myriad of activities around this must-visit region. We thought it would be a really helpful to let users discover the lay of the land in this part of Zambia.
The interactive map WildWeb developed showcases all that is on offer, whilst also allowing the user to book online.
Agents also appreciate being able to see the geographic positioning of the properties and activities on offer.

Gavin Opie Safaris
We recently built a new website for Gavin Opie Safaris. We had a great time working with Gavin and Rosie on the project and wish them every success with their safaris in 2025 and the coming years.

A Productive Visit to Rhino River Lodge & Rhino Sands
We recently had the pleasure of spending an intensive three days at our clients’ stunning properties, Rhino River Lodge and Rhino Sands. The goal was to capture a wealth of new content to keep our marketing calendars fresh and engaging.
In today’s fast-paced digital world, the demand for new and dynamic footage is higher than ever. To meet this demand, we utilised a variety of equipment, including mobile phones, drones and DSLR cameras. This allowed us to create a diverse collection of images and video snippets that truly showcase the beauty and uniqueness of these locations.
Capturing such footage is far from simple; it involves meticulous planning, extensive shooting and detailed editing. Our team worked tirelessly to ensure that every shot was perfect and that the final content was of the highest standard. The effort put into shooting and editing is immense, but it is all worth it when our clients and marketing team have the best possible material to work with.
We are excited to share the results of this productive visit and look forward to seeing the impact of this new content in our upcoming campaigns.
