Three Tree Hill at Spioenkop website goes live

WildWeb has completed the finishing touches and launched the brand new website of award winning KZN Midlands lodge, Three Tree Hill at Spioenkop. Their original site was in need of an overhaul, after being in the wilderness for a few years, and we were super chuffed to get the job of taking their digital footprint into 2013, with a fresh new face.

If you have been to the KZN Midlands, you would know that it is quite a unique and breathtaking place, steeped in romantic African beauty, history and culture. Situated in the foothills of the Drakensburg, the region – especially Spioenkop – holds stories and scars of war, as well as rich Zulu, Afrikaans and British signatures. Today, the region has mellowed superbly, offering families, and couples alike, a unique holiday escape.

With the above in mind, Three Tree appropriately appointed their catchphrase as; “Be transported to a bygone era steeped with history and tranquil surroundings.”, which in turn is the basis of what we packaged in their new website.

If you log onto the homepage you start to get a sense of the cultural richness, laid back hospitality, and abundant activities on offer at Three Trees. It’s quintessential rustic look is great but do not be deceived by the aged look, the website very much keeps with the times in design and functionality. It’s responsive design you can view the website perfectly on, iPhones and Android.

There is great, relevant content on the website too. You are not getting a simple sales pitch to make a reservation and if you browse around you will certainly click away with a bit of a history lesson and some inspiration of the surroundings and attractions. The gallery is a perfect example. Click onto gallery page and you will be offered a wonderful glimpse of life in the midlands. Owner, Simon, also has a blog called ‘Simon Says’ which he regularly updates with interesting and relevant information.

We recommend that you log on here and take a tour.
