What is WildRes?

WildRes is a platform that helps you manage your online bookings and availability for your properties (ie: nightsbridge BBID). Whether you run a hotel, a guesthouse, a lodge, or any other accommodation type, WildRes can connect your website with your Property Management System and provide a seamless booking experience for your guests.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

WildRes uses an API to communicate with your PMS, such as Nights Bridge. An API is a set of rules and protocols that allows different software systems to exchange information. When a user visits your website and wants to check the availability of your rooms, the API sends a request to your PMS and retrieves the latest data. The user can then see the available dates and prices on your website and proceed to make a booking. The API also updates the availability on your PMS after each booking, so you don’t have to worry about overbooking or double bookings.

PROCESS

When a client wants to book a room, he/she checks for available dates and types of rooms on the website or app of their choice. They enter their desired dates and preferences
The request for available rooms is sent to the API, which acts like a concierge passing the request to the booking system.
The API, like the concierge, checks the booking system (the database) to see which rooms are available for those dates.
The API then gathers the information and sends it back to the client, showing them a list of available spaces along with their prices and features.
Once they have select their preferred space and proceed with the booking, the API sends another request to the booking system to reserve that room for the client.
Your payment is made by the client, using PayGate and the revenue is directly received in your bank account.
The booking system processes the reservation, and the API sends back a confirmation message to the client, just like the concierge would hand them a booking confirmation

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

WildRes offers you a simple and cost-effective way to integrate your website with your PMS. You don’t need any technical skills or coding knowledge. WildRes also supports multiple properties, so you can manage all your bookings from one dashboard. And the best part is, you only pay for what you use. WildWeb charges you a $5 fee per property per month, plus $0.025 per server request using the system API. A server request is counted when a user checks availability or makes a booking on your website
