We recently went live with a new website for Fly Uganda. Fly Uganda is an aviation organization, operating in Uganda. Their business is 15 years old and it has grown into a unique aviation and flight charter business catering for passenger flight charters to all corners of Uganda as well as pilot training.
We had been doing a lot of websites like this on WordPress – that required simple page structures and low dynamic content functionality. But, this time we developed the website with a bespoke content managing system.
It was a definite step up from their old website, which was simply static HTML markup pages and simply CSS styling. Their new website, with the WildWeb content manager plugged in allows the Fly Uganda team to update their content, on the fly, at will . You can check out the fleet and staff pages as good examples of this. If they were to add a new plane to their roster, or, include a new staff member, they can simply log in upload the images and insert the information! Simple.
