30 epic safaris to choose from at the new classicsafaricamps.com

Yesterday we flipped the switch live on the new Classic Safari Camps of Africa website. CSCA are an association of independent, privately owned camps and lodges in some of the most beautiful wildlife areas in Eastern and Southern Africa.

Their new website serves as a portal to its members’ safari camps and lodges and therefore the purpose of the site is to act as a gateway, funneling online visitors to its members’ websites.

One of the most important features of the site includes a dynamic map where visitors can use their mouse to move over the African planes and discover where the members’ safari camps are. Clicking on any of the map regions (countries) will take you through to a detailed map where you can find that countries’ members’ locations and regional information. Click on any of the camp locations from there any you will get a page with individual camp info, a slideshow of images from that camp and a forward link to the camps website. From Tanzania in the east to Namibia in the west, South Africa in the south and Rawanda in the north – and everywhere in between – there are around 30 locations to tickle any safari holiday enthusiasts fancy.

Finally, another key feature is the Content Management System that we handed over to CSCA. The backend of the website is crammed with tools for  an administrator to manage all member information, as well as posting members’ blog posts from the four corners of Sub Sahara Africa.
